For many years audio description in the UK has helped people with blindness or vision impairments enjoy television by describing what can’t be seen in words.
Ofcom the UK Communications Regulator has recently released the independent report on awareness of audio description. This Sunday Alan Hui, Policy and Research Coordinator at Media Access Australia, will be speaking to Roberta Ashbury about the latest developments.
