Using ABBA to get a DVD point across

If you love DVDs and love ABBA, you’ll be disappointed to learn that the DVD release of Mamma Mia has not been audio described for the blind and vision impaired.  You’re not the only one who’s disappointed.  Take Trevor from the UK for example.  Here is how he expressed his disappointment in a letter to Universal Home Entertainment:

“To the Powers that be at Universal...

I would like to be able to say 'Thank You for the Music', but unfortunately this is not possible because Universal Home Entertainment did not include the audio description track on the Mama Mia DVD released this morning.

'I Had a Dream' that 'Knowing Me, Knowing You' you might listen to my 'SOS' and 'Gimmee, Gimmee, Gimmee', a DVD with audio description, but it seems that you are not prepared to 'Lay All Your Love On Me'.  Is this because of the 'Money, Money, Money'?

Why not 'Take A Chance On Me' and be a 'Super Trooper' and let us all know 'The Name Of The Game'.  I presume 'Voulez Vous' decided that the 'Winner [Universal Studios]  Takes It All' and 'One Of Us' [blind and partially sighted people] has to meet their 'Waterloo'.

It's such a shame, as 'Chiciquita' - who is registered blind - was so looking forward to being a 'Dancing Queen' this Christmas.
